The 9th Hospitality Vietnam Conference #HVC2026 energized Ho Chi Minh City on March 10–11 at Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport, bringing together 321 hospitality professionals from 12 countries. Over two days of lively discussion, delegates explored how Vietnam’s hotel industry can grow through bold investments, innovative design, and smarter revenue strategies.

Representing 215 companies across ownership, management, design, technology, and advisory sectors, delegates shared experiences and connected with peers, creating an energetic environment for learning and networking. Day 1 drew 233 attendees, while Day 2 hosted 176, sparking meaningful conversations on innovation, operational efficiency, and guest experience.

#HVC2026 highlighted not only the opportunities within Vietnam’s hospitality market but also the region’s potential to lead in design, investment, and performance. The conference concluded as a hub for inspiration, collaboration, and actionable ideas that will shape the next chapter of the country’s hotel industry.

#HISV examined the forces shaping Vietnam’s next phase of hospitality investment. Discussions covered the shift toward institutional capital, private equity and cross-border funding, as well as the rise of mixed-use developments and branded residences. Industry leaders also addressed regulatory considerations and asset strategies as investors position for long-term growth in Vietnam’s expanding hotel market.
#HDSV explored how thoughtful design is shaping the future of hospitality experiences. Sessions highlighted regenerative and nature-first approaches, biophilic and wellness-focused environments, and the use of local materials and climate-responsive design. Speakers also examined how experience-led concepts, adaptive lighting, and seamlessly integrated smart technologies can enhance guest journeys while improving sustainability, efficiency, and long-term commercial performance.
#HRSV focused on strategies for driving hotel performance in a rapidly evolving market. Sessions explored Vietnam’s hospitality outlook, shifting travel demand, and the role of technology in unlocking new source markets. Industry leaders also discussed revenue optimization beyond pricing, strengthening direct booking channels, maximizing MICE and F&B revenue, and building service cultures that balance operational excellence with authentic Vietnamese hospitality.
